food to glow

feel good food that's good for you

Thank you so much for your clicks, comments, compliments and – most of all – your friendship. As a tiny thank you, may I leave you with a new-to-me Christmas song? It’s Boots, by The Killers from the 2010 (RED) album, raising money for HIV/AIDS awareness (Bono and Bobby Shriver’s campaign). Very poignant. Very. Try and watch it through to the end; you will be rewarded. Here’s a link to the lyrics too.

Scroll down a little for my festive card to you. All best wishes, Kellie xx

Merry Christmas to you too, Kellie! I have recommended your site to countless people this year who have all loved it, so, thank you for all the recipes, tips etc which must take you a lot of time to write. It is very much appreciated. Here’s to a happy healthy festive period and New Year!

No sprouts here on Christmas Day…only luxury Christmas nacho’s now deceased. I eat sprouts most days as I love them…thought I should probably give them a rest on Christmas Day :). My eldest daughter is a mad Killers fan. I love this song, like many of their songs it cuts away the BS and gets you where it hurts. Cheers for the sprout card…I will eat it when I recover from my Luxury Christmas Nacho’s 😉
