      Hi Kellie. As a vegetarian of 37 years I love your information and posts – even more now as out of the blue I was diagnosed with bowel cancer a few months ago! Now on the chemo after recovering very well from surgery. Have a good and peaceful Christmas and all the best for 2020. Jo
